The system promotes women’s presence and professional growth, develops an inclusive culture and supports women’s empowerment. Certification is the first step in a continual-improvement journey intended to reduce the gender gap and improve employee wellbeing.

Brumar applies zero tolerance to physical, verbal and digital abuse, provides training and confidential reporting, and protects reporters from retaliation.

Monitoring and communication

Management and the Gender Equality Steering Committee set and periodically review objectives. The policy is communicated to all employees and stakeholders and published online.
