Environmental commitment
- Identify and update direct and indirect environmental aspects and assess new activities in advance.
- Train people in environmental protection and efficient resource use.
- Protect water, soil and energy resources; apply environmental criteria to procurement.
- Monitor consumption, promote recycling and recovery and use lower-impact vehicles.
- Perform internal, external and supplier audits to prevent non-conformities.
Responsibilities, people and safety
Management appoints an Integrated Management System Manager and reviews measurable objectives annually. Everyone is expected to support the policy, comply with laws, prevent pollution, attend training, reduce residual health and safety risks and report useful innovations.
Communication and review
The policy and objectives are reviewed at least annually and communicated to personnel, contracting authorities, suppliers and all stakeholders.
